Surtec outsourced the technical and commercial operation of its water and wastewater treatment plants (WTP/WWTP) to EP. We have dedicated personnel onsite to provide environmental analysis services and chemicals/MRO parts.

Supply of individual systems for a new 10m3/h WWTP

BOO (Build Own Operate) contract where we built and currently maintain and operate the desalination operation. We use reverse osmosis and mixed bed ion exchange resin technologies to supply 16m3/h demineralized water.

EP designed, engineered, built the systems, assembled, and managed the project for a new 5m3/h WWTP.

Elaborated on a study of how to enhance the productivity of the current WWTP to 600m3/h while minimizing Coca-Cola's capital expenditures. EP also manufactured the systems and implemented those into the WWTP.

EP performed a deep treatability study analysis by installing and operating its 2m3/h pilot plant composed of flotation, decanting, filtration, microfiltration, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and ion exchange technologies, amongst others.

Engineered and supplied a new physical-chemical treatment system and refurbished the biological system that increased the total output of the WWTP to 60m3/h

Engineered and supplied new physical-chemical and biological treatment systems for a 25m3/h WWTP.

Elaborated a study, engineered, and supplied the 150m3/h treatment systems that allowed the company to use/discard water from/to a nearby river instead of tap city water.

Two state-of-the-art mobile pilot plant units were assembled in semi-truck trailers that were fully automated and contained over 90 different routes for treatment for an on-site research of treatment processes in oil refineries.
